Skyhelix Sentosa Important Information
  • Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
  • Check the official attraction website for operational timings on the day of your visit to avoid inconvenience.
  • Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Kindly ensure that you provide exact details at the time of your Booking such as the Hotel Address.
  • If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
  • The pick-up/drop-off timing on private transfers can be modified by a couple of minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location
  • Guests must be 1.05 meters and above in height to experience the ride.
  • Guests between 1.05 meters and 1.2 meters in height or 12 years old and below may take the ride only if accompanied by a supervising adult.
  • Loose clothing and handheld devices such as selfie sticks and mobile phones are to be properly secured at all times during the ride.
  • Hats and bags, Sharp objects such as umbrellas, Items made of glass, and Outside food & drinks are not permitted on the ride.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
