Before you travel

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months after travel, photo and national ID (CNIC / Emirates ID).
  • Meningitis (ACYW) vaccine at least 10 days before you arrive in Saudi Arabia.
  • Pilgrims under 18 travel with a parent or guardian in the same booking.
  • Book your Umrah permit and the Rawdah visit in the Nusuk app — we remind you when it's time.
Payment & cancellation

A 30% deposit confirms your place; the balance is due 21 days before departure and before visas are applied.

  • • 21+ days before departure: 50% of the package price refunded
  • • Less than 21 days before departure: no refund
